Fire Safety. Even if you are not working directly with fire or flammable materials there is still a chance of a fire occurring. Often there is no warning for a fire in a building. There are several ways one could begin such as faulty electrical wiring,stray cigarette butts,frayed cords and spills on electronics are the most popular causes. All employees should be trained in how to safely exit the building when a fire is present. There should be a safe spot where everyone is to meet. Train all workers on the correct and proper use of fire extinguishers. Training for fire safety is one of the most important aspects of any safety plan.
