Learning about first aid during your annual safety meetings is the best way to make sure all employees receive the information that is available to them. This does not always mean that they will remember all the first aid tips and facts they have heard. By having a safety meeting first aid quiz you will be able to determine who has gained the most knowledge from the meeting and employees that may require an extra course in first aid safety. You must be sure that all workers know and understand the proper ways to perform first aid task. There are millions of open ended first aid questions. You should make them relevant to the topics you covered during the meeting. The best types of open ended questions are generally when you are asking the person to describe the correct way to perform a first aid task. They should be able to list each step and how it is to be done to insure the safety of everyone in the area.
