Rethink Safety (previously Rethink I.T., Inc.) has proven that maintaining continued and genuine partnerships can be achieved by allowing partners to speak their minds about their experience with the service and products given to them.
As a company that provides Software as a Service, the Rethink brand just not focus on deploying or releasing the software solutions to their audiences.
Instead, they heavily focus on supporting the team or client that will be using the solution for their OSH/HSE needs through the provided technical support, user training, system updates and face-to-face client touch base that will result to clients having stronger loyalty to the brand.
